Probably from Muntasir Lashkar to ‘Amid Lashkar; about: receiving the addressee's letter via Sitvat al-Saltanah, the wages of Muhammad ‘Ali and ‘Ali Akbar Rahim, Sitvat al-Saltanah's debt to Nizam al-‘Ulama’, the soldiers' stipends, the Mukri accounts, Shahzadah Dara's money, Mirza Abu Turab Khan's reading the Gulistan and his request for a watch and a khal'at [ceremonial robe] for his tutor, Asad Allah Khan Yavar's departure, Chahar Uymaq's accounts and taxes, and the increasing cost of living. Marriage contract of Fatimah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Sayyid ‘Ali the apothecary, and Aqa Mirza ‘Ali Asghar, the son of Haji Mirza Mahmud the merchant from Isfahan. The mahr is one hundred and ten tumans. According to a note on the margin, Fatimah Sultan Khanum is the granddaughter of Aqa Sayyid Ahmad Fakhr al-Hukama’, the personal physician of Muzaffar al-Din Shah.
